The first stop in our service center will be the Research area. The Research Department performs a key role in our company, assisting customers who need help identifying their patterns. We have a staff of 14 full-time identification experts. In addition to helping our customers identify their patterns, this group identifies new piece types and sets up newly discovered patterns.

We receive over 4,500 identification requests per week, and an average of 70 new patterns are added to our database each day, so our Research group stays busy! We also identify patterns for customers who bring pieces in when they visit our showroom.
