"When my wife and I were married in 1992, we decided we wanted to have china that was both elegant but could be used every day rather than sit in a china cupboard. We registered to receive Royal Doulton in the Minerva pattern. Of course, with both granite counters in the kitchen and ceramic tile floors in the breakfast nook there was no way to avoid some breakage. For the first few years we went to the local Royal Doulton outlet near us in Flemington, NJ to get or order replacements. When our pattern was discontinued in 1998 we were very upset. I was very pleased a few years ago, however, when I searched the internet and discovered your website. Since then on several occasions we have ordered various pieces to bring us back up to a full complement of 12 place settings. Every time you have either had the replacements in stock or found them quickly for us and delivered them promptly and in excellent condition."

"The site is well organized, and I was able to track down what I was looking for relatively fast -- unlike some of the other locations on the Web where you have to hunt for every piece that you're trying to replace. If it's not available, at least you know what pieces are out of stock, discontinued, etc. and you have the opportunity to ask them to keep an eye out for you. The other seven sites I looked at did not offer this option. Also, Replacements.com had the largest selection of product -- far more than I realized was actually available for my suddenly obsolete dishware. Definitely one to add to the bookmarks for future use."
